FAQ

Can I entrust you with the complete management of my company’s HnS?

Yes, absolutely.

Our team handles the entire HnS management of your company. We ensure legal compliance, risk prevention, and reduction of costs related to accidents and contributions.

If you already have an internal HnS department, we collaborate with your team to lighten their workload, optimize existing processes, and provide strategic support on all aspects of Health and Safety.

Do I keep control over my HnS decisions once I work with you?

Yes, you always remain in control.

Our role is to advise you, guide you, and represent you in the daily management of HnS, while respecting your priorities and your company’s reality.

You retain full decision-making power over your operations, and we provide the tools, information, and recommendations you need to make informed, compliant, and safe decisions.

Are you a safety group (mutuelle de prévention)?

No, we are not a safety group.

We are an independent HnS consulting service. This means we work exclusively in the best interest of your company, without being tied to a mutual association or employer group.

Our approach aims to reduce your costs at the source by helping you prevent accidents, effectively manage your CNESST files, and optimize your contribution rates, all while offering total freedom and transparency in the management of your file.

Some companies even call on our services in addition to a safety group to ensure better consistency and more personalized follow-up of their HnS.

Why would my company need your services?

Because HnS is a responsibility that requires time, knowledge, and constant monitoring.

Our services allow you to focus on your operations while knowing that compliance, prevention, and the management of your legal obligations are handled by experts.

You benefit from complete support that reduces your accident risks, your CNESST-related costs, and protects you in the event of an inspection or lawsuit. In other words, we help you protect your employees and your business while simplifying HnS management.

What types of companies can benefit from Campeau Dumais’ services?

Any company with HnS responsibilities can benefit from our services.

We support companies in construction, pharmaceuticals, the energy sector, as well as public, commercial, and service-sector organizations.

Our solutions adapt to your reality, whether you are an SME without an HnS department or a large organization looking to optimize its practices. In all cases, our goal remains the same: to offer simple, effective, and compliant HnS management.

What happens during the first meeting or initial assessment?

The first meeting is used to fully understand your reality and establish a precise overview of your HnS situation.

We begin with a complete evaluation of your practices, documentation, and operational needs, whether on site or in your offices.

This step allows us to identify strengths and areas for improvement, then propose a concrete and prioritized action plan.

You then receive a clear and personalized report that tells you exactly where to focus your efforts to achieve optimal compliance and reduce your risks.

What happens after a visit from one of your consultants?

After the visit, you receive complete and personalized follow-up.

Our team provides a clear report presenting the consultant’s observations, findings, and recommendations.

We then support you in implementing the necessary corrective actions, whether through document drafting, staff training, or the development of specific procedures.

The goal is to simplify your path to compliance and ensure that each corrective action is realistic, durable, and adapted to your work environment.

Can you work with my internal HnS manager?

Yes, we work closely with your internal HnS manager.

Our approach aims to relieve your internal resources by handling the more technical, administrative, or time-consuming tasks, while leaving them in control of decisions and internal coordination.

We act as strategic and operational support to simplify HnS management and ensure constant compliance.

We do not replace your team — we strengthen it.

Do you draft HnS procedures and policies?

Yes, we prepare all the procedures and policies required for your company’s compliance.

Our team analyzes your activities and risks to develop customized documents adapted to your reality and compliant with CNESST requirements and current legislation.

We ensure that each policy and procedure is clear, applicable, and understood by your teams, in order to support effective implementation both in the field and in the office.
